School District Water Conservation Upgrades

LSI executed a comprehensive water conservation program across 25 school buildings in a county-wide public school district, upgrading approximately 5,000 domestic water fixtures. The project included systematic replacement of toilet and urinal flush valves, installation of high-efficiency faucet aerators, and pre-rinse sprayer retrofits. A notable technical component involved the installation of cooling tower make-up submetering systems to enable precise water usage tracking and verification of savings. The multi-site rollout required careful coordination with school schedules to minimize disruption to students and staff while delivering measurable water and cost savings across the entire district.
