Safety in Practice

Engineering, Process, and Training That Protect People

LSI operates in full compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local safety and health regulations. An effective safety program requires more than policies—it demands accountability, planning, and a safety-minded culture. Each project is evaluated through site-specific planning to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies before work begins. Our engineering-driven approach, disciplined processes, and experienced teams help ensure safety is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Why Safety Matters to ESCOs - Reducing Risk While Protecting Performance

Strong safety performance directly supports schedule certainty, cost control, and project reliability. LSI’s training, processes, and accountability systems reduce incidents that can disrupt work, delay timelines, or increase risk exposure for ESCOs. By partnering with LSI, ESCOs gain a contractor that treats safety with the same rigor and discipline as engineering and execution.

Our Safety Program

Measured, Documented, and Transparent

LSI measures and tracks safety performance across all projects to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.

  • Safety metrics are tracked and reviewed regularly
  • EMR and OSHA 300 recordable data are monitored and shared with partners
  • Safety performance is reviewed with clients upon request
  • Our comprehensive safety manual is provided to clients and project partners

This data-driven approach reinforces our strong safety record and supports informed decision-making for ESCO partners.
